Good-sizedroom with full facilities and new bathroom and balcony as advertised. Excellent area, absolutely perfect location, close to an Aeon mall as well as the centre of the village.

The location was excellent and perfect: shopping malls and a supermarket were within walking distance. Easy access to Naha airport, which was about 22 minutes' drive away.

The place was spotless with free parking and a comfortable bed. Comforts of triple room were fabulous - climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven. The view of Sunset beach was great, greatly enjoyed it.

Also, location was magnificent, within a close distance from a themed outdoor mall. Distance to the airport was just 16 miles.

The location of the hotel was amazing, just a short walk away from the beach and a bustling village. I enjoyed the convenience of having stores, restaurants, and even an ice cream shop nearby. The hotel staff was kind and supportive, even helping me plan my travel itinerary. The room was very clean and spacious, and I appreciated that they provided extra amenities like a hair dryer and plastic dishes.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - a 10-15 minute walking distance from an american-themed entertainment complex. It was located in a busy area short walk to beach and the nearby American Village, a fabulous base for me.

Convenient Condo with Great Location

During our recent stay at a hotel in Chatan, we had a wonderful experience at Condominium Hotel Monpa. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the center of American Village and the beautiful beach. The room was surprisingly spacious, providing ample space for us to relax and unwind. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the beach. Additionally, the hotel had a self-service laundry facility, which was incredibly convenient as we stayed for nine days. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance, and AEON mall was nearby for any necessities. The hotel staff were polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited parking and the need to pay extra for room cleaning, we found Condominium Hotel Monpa to be a clean and secure place to stay with amazing views. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay in Chatan.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was a great experience. The spacious rooms were a fantastic surprise, as they gave us enough space to have a cozy and comfortable holiday. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect since we could walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes and enjoy the sunset. having restaurants and shops nearby made our stay even more convenient.

We had expected to enjoy a beautiful ocean view, but there was construction going on the next building, which blocked most of it. This affected our privacy and made the view unromantic.
