The hotel was perfect and comfortable, with magnificent location opposite the road to the Kai restaurant. The staff were really helpful and very very helpful day and night. Location: the property was so close to the surrounding areas as well as restaurants, groceries, entertainment, the beach.

This hotel has an unbeatable location, just 3 minutes from the beach and right in the center of American Village. the rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a lovely balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to assist with anything needed. Plus, there are plenty of great dining options and shopping nearby.
The air-conditioning unit was a bit noisy at times.
